But just in case, here is our return and refund policy:
Custom Photosilks
Due to the nature of our custom products, all sales are final.
In-stock Photosilks
In case an item is damaged or should you receive the wrong item, Photosilks from our collections can be returned within 15 days of reception.
Any return should be mailed to the following address via USPS with a tracking number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your packet is received, we will determine if the damage is our responsibility, in which case, we will refund the full amount you originally paid plus the shipping fee you incurred for the return.
If you prefer to receive a replacement, we will be happy to mail you a new silk of your choice, free of charge, and a refund for the shipping fee you incurred for the return [or an additional free Photosilk].
If we determine that the damage to the item(s) is not our responsibility, we will not refund nor will we send a replacement.
